We collect account information, payment information (processed by Stripe), service delivery information, usage data, and support communications to operate our cold email infrastructure services.

Domain provider credentials and sending tool credentials submitted through our onboarding forms are accessible to authorized Puzzle Inbox personnel for the purpose of provisioning inboxes and configuring DNS. Credentials are transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls that restrict viewing to authorized setup team members.

We process personal information under GDPR legal bases including contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account information for the duration of your subscription plus 24 months. Billing records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance.
