Terms of Service
These terms of service (“Terms”) outline the policies and conditions for using our email services with Google Workspace Business Starter inboxes, registered under a US IP address. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription and Cancellation
Cancellation Notice: To cancel your subscription, you must notify us by email at info@theagencypuzzle.com or through WhatsApp at +44 7769791479.
Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days before the renewal date to be processed without disruption. The renewal date is based on the date your invoice has been paid, not the date the form was submitted.
Usage Guidelines
Sending Limits: We recommend sending a maximum of 25 emails per inbox and connecting no more than three (3) inboxes per domain to optimize deliverability.
Domain Recommendations: For best results, we recommend using .com or .co domains
Account Management
Account Disconnection: In the event of an account disconnection, manual re-login by the user is required to restore connection.
Setup Assistance: Our team will assist with the setup of DKIM, DMARC, MX, and SPF records to ensure deliverability.
Example Form Submission: Please refer to our provided example form submission to ensure correct formatting. Incorrect submissions may lead to delays.
Two-Factor Authentication: We recommend disabling two-factor authentication to prevent delays during account setup.
Service Delivery and Billing
Puzzle Inbox is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or any services provided through our website. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
Inboxes Use Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Puzzle Inboxes service to violate CAN-SPAM regulations, including but not limited to failing to provide required opt-out mechanisms or using misleading headers or content. The service is intended solely for Business-to-Business (B2B) communications; any use for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) emails is expressly forbidden. Puzzle Inbox disclaims all liability for any misuse or legal violations by users, who bear full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Refunds
After a order is processed meaning a form has been submitted it is not possible to provide a refund. If an order has been completed it is not possible to provide a refund. If inboxes are purchased in the last 24 hours but a onboarding form is not completed than the customer is eligible for a refund.
Email Maintenance
The client is responsible from email reconnects and email maintenance. The support includes providing renewal dates, canceling inboxes and asking questions prior to inbox purchase.
Cancellation
Puzzle Inbox reserves to right to cancel inboxes and provide partial refund if the organization terms are breached.
Effective Date
These terms are effective as of 21/10/24.
