Cold email buyers focus on per-inbox pricing and miss the real metric: cost-per-meeting. A "cheap" stack that books fewer meetings costs more per meeting than a "premium" stack that books dramatically more.
The Cost-Per-Meeting Formula
Cost-per-meeting = Total monthly cold email stack cost ÷ Monthly meetings booked
Stack cost includes: infrastructure, warmup tools, sending platform, data tools, verification, reply management, proportional team time.
