Our process
A clear walkthrough of what happens after you submit the onboarding form, from provisioning through delivery, with timelines.
Day 0 — Order received
Stripe webhooks notify us within seconds. We confirm the subscription, log it, and trigger our provisioning ticket. You receive a Stripe receipt and our confirmation email within 15 minutes.
Day 0-1 — Domain setup
Pre-warmed inboxes use our own domains (we own the warm-up history). Standard inboxes can use our domains or yours. If BYOD, we verify and add SPF/DKIM/DMARC for the chosen platform. Your primary business domain is never used. Ratios are fixed: 3 inboxes per domain on Google Workspace, up to 100 inboxes per domain on Outlook 365.
Day 1-2 — Mailbox provisioning
Google Workspace: create accounts per domain, provision 3 inboxes per domain, configure naming, generate auth credentials, verify DKIM. Microsoft 365: provision tenants per 100-inbox batch, create mailboxes (up to 100 per domain), generate auth credentials, verify send + receive on a test seed. Standard inboxes complete here.
Day 2-15 — Warm-up (Pre-Warmed only)
14 days of live warm-up against a seed network. By day 14 the inbox has clean Postmaster Tools / SNDS records and is inbox-ready.
Credential handoff
A CSV with all auth credentials by domain and inbox name, sent via WhatsApp or email. Imports directly into Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Saleshandy, or any other cold email tool. Every order — Standard or Pre-Warmed — delivers within 24–72 hours of the onboarding form (Pre-Warmed inboxes are held as ready-warmed inventory). Make sure 2FA is disabled on the receiving account so the handoff isn't delayed. We can also load the credentials into your sending tool for you on request.
First 30 days — Ongoing monitoring
We monitor each inbox's deliverability via Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS. If we detect a drop on our side, we flag it proactively. Sending-behavior drops (volume spike, complaint rate above 0.3%, bounce above 4%) are your responsibility to adjust.
When something goes wrong
Mailbox suspended by Google/Microsoft anti-abuse not caused by your behavior: replacement at our discretion within 24-72 hours. Suspended from your sending: no replacement. No suspended account is refunded.
