Warmforge review. Is their email warmup actually effective

I tested Warmforge on 15 fresh Google Workspace inboxes for 30 days. For those who don't know, Warmforge is the warmup tool from the Salesforge ecosystem.
How it works: Warmforge sends automated emails between your inboxes and other accounts in their warmup network. The emails get opened, replied to, and moved out of spam to build your sender reputation. Same basic concept as Instantly warmup, Warmbox, or Mailreach.
Results after 30 days: Inbox placement went from roughly 45% (fresh accounts) to about 73% across the 15 inboxes. That's solid improvement but not exceptional. Instantly's built in warmup got me to similar numbers in a comparable timeframe on a different batch of accounts.
Best use case: If you already use Salesforge as your sending platform, Warmforge integrates natively and the setup is seamless. One ecosystem, one dashboard. That convenience has real value if Salesforge is your stack.
Standalone value: As a standalone warmup tool, Warmforge is priced similarly to Warmbox and Mailreach. There's no compelling reason to choose it over those alternatives unless you're in the Salesforge ecosystem. The warmup network quality is comparable across all three.
The alternative I recommend: Skip warmup tools entirely. PuzzleInbox pre-warmed inboxes arrive with established sending reputation. No warmup period. No monthly warmup tool cost at $15 to $20 per inbox. No 3 weeks of waiting before you can send your first campaign. The math is simple. 15 inboxes on Warmforge at $15/inbox/month costs $225/month in warmup fees alone. PuzzleInbox pre-warmed inboxes cost a few dollars more per inbox upfront but eliminate that ongoing warmup cost completely.
