Ran Instantly for 2 years. Switched to Smartlead 3 months ago for agency cold email work.

we switched last quarter. took about a week to get comfortable. the per-client workspaces are a game changer — no more accidentally sending from the wrong client's inboxes lol. both platforms connect to Google Workspace inboxes via OAuth so the infra side stays the same
