PuzzleInbox 6 month review. Completely honest assessment from an agency owner

I have been using PuzzleInbox for 6 months across 14 clients. Completely honest review.

What is great: Pre-warmed inboxes work and clients can start sending cold emails within 24 hours of delivery. Both Google Workspace and Outlook options available. DNS setup is done for you including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records. The deliverability has been consistently good across all my client accounts. WhatsApp support responds fast.

What could be better: The dashboard could use some improvements for managing large numbers of inboxes. Bulk domain management features would save time. Price went up slightly since I first joined. Would love API access for automation.

The numbers: Across 14 clients and roughly 200 inboxes, average reply rate is 3.8%, bounce rate consistently under 1.5%, bounce rate under 1.5%. These numbers are significantly better than what I was getting on my previous provider which was a mix of SMTP and cheaper Google Workspace resellers.

Bottom line: PuzzleInbox is my go-to cold email infrastructure provider. Not the cheapest option but the combination of deliverability, pre-warmed accounts, done-for-you setup, and fast support makes it worth the price for agency work where client results matter.

Appreciate the honest review. We're running about 80 inboxes and our experience has been similar. The GWS inboxes at $3-4.50/inbox are solid and the Outlook ones at $0.35 are basically a no-brainer for diversification.

6 months is a solid sample. what are your actual reply rates and how many sends per inbox per day?

nickgrowth · 2026-01-29

been on it for 3 months. sticking to 15-20 emails per inbox per day and seeing 3-5% reply rates consistently. the pre-warmed inboxes were the main selling point for me — zero warmup headaches

We switched our entire agency (200+ inboxes) over 4 months ago. Biggest win was the time savings — pre-warmed inboxes saved us 2-3 weeks per batch. That adds up fast at scale when you're onboarding new clients monthly.

any downsides at all? every review I see is positive which makes me a little suspicious ngl

bouncebetty · 2026-01-31

the only downside I've found is that you still need your own sending platform (Instantly, Smartlead etc). it's infrastructure only, not an all-in-one. but honestly I prefer keeping those things separate anyway

how does support compare? my current provider takes like 3 days to respond to tickets

haileyops · 2026-02-01

support has been solid for me. usually get a response same day via WhatsApp which is way faster than the email ticket system my old provider used
