My mailreef.com experience was honestly underwhelming

Signed up for Mailreef because someone in a Slack group recommended them. Used them for 6 weeks.
The inboxes took forever to warm up. Support was slow — days between responses. I could not figure out their DNS configuration because documentation was minimal. Deliverability was mediocre — 2-3% reply rates when I was getting 60%+ on PuzzleInbox.
Switched back to PuzzleInbox after 6 weeks. Sometimes the cheapest option costs you more in lost deliverability and wasted time. Infrastructure for cold email is not something to cheap out on.

under 2% reply rates is rough. on dedicated google workspace with proper setup you should be above 3% with their dns config or warmup process. ive seen this pattern with budget providers before

documentation being minimal is always a red flag. if a provider can't be bothered to write docs about their own DNS setup, how much do they actually care about deliverability? I need to see exactly what SPF/DKIM/DMARC records they're configuring before I trust them
