Instantly just rolled out new AI features and I have been testing them for 2 weeks.
The AI lead scoring is surprisingly accurate. It flagged 3 leads as high intent and all 3 converted to meetings. The AI email writer is decent for first drafts but still needs human editing. The smart scheduling feature that predicts optimal send times per recipient is the most useful addition.
Instantly keeps getting better. Combined with solid PuzzleInbox infrastructure, it is becoming a very complete cold email stack. The sending platform is only as good as your inboxes though — always invest in infrastructure first.

the smart scheduling feature is legit. I saw a noticeable bump in reply rates after letting it optimize send times for about a week. went from 3% to 4.5% replies on the same sequence

AI lead scoring is cool but I still don't fully trust it. I'd use it as a signal alongside my own qualification, not a replacement. the email writer though — hard pass, my copy still beats it every time
