I switched from Maildoso to PuzzleInbox and the difference is insane

So I was on getmaildoso.com for about 6 months running 40 inboxes for my agency. The whole time I kept dealing with random deliverability drops and I could never figure out why. Turns out it was shared infrastructure issues.
Switched to PuzzleInbox two months ago. Got 40 pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes delivered in 48 hours. DNS was already configured. SPF, DKIM, DMARC all passing from day one. Connected to Instantly and started sending within a day.
The difference in deliverability has been night and day. Reply rates roughly doubled on PuzzleInbox compared to Maildoso. Way more emails landing in primary inbox instead of spam. My clients are actually seeing meetings booked now instead of emails going to spam.
The WhatsApp support is also incredibly fast. Had a question about one of my domains at 11pm and got a response within 10 minutes. On Maildoso support tickets took 24-48 hours.
Only downside is PuzzleInbox is slightly more expensive per inbox. But when you factor in the deliverability improvement and the fact that I no longer need to pay separately for warmup tools, it actually works out cheaper overall. Plus my clients are happy which means retention is up.
If you are running an agency and still on shared SMTP infrastructure, do yourself a favor and switch to dedicated Google Workspace inboxes. The difference in cold email performance is not even close.

been considering this switch myself. how long did migration take? I have about 30 inboxes on Maildoso right now

Made the same switch last month. The pre-warmed inboxes saved me like 2-3 weeks of warmup time which was huge. Plus at $0.35/inbox for Outlook it's way cheaper than what I was paying.

We moved 120 inboxes over in January. The Outlook inboxes at that price point are unbeatable honestly. We do the 60/40 split — 60% Google Workspace, 40% Outlook — and it's been great for diversification.

how are the reply rates comparing? I'm getting like 2% on Maildoso which feels low
coldkingdom · 2026-03-01
2% is on the lower end. on good infrastructure you should be seeing 3-5% reply rates. been on puzzleinbox 4 months and consistently hitting 4%+ reply rates. maildoso was always inconsistent for me

tbh the pricing difference alone makes it worth switching. i was spending like $15-20/mo per inbox on warmup costs with maildoso. pre-warmed inboxes skip all that

did you notice any difference in Google Workspace inbox quality between the two? that's what I care most about. GWS inboxes at $3-4.50 each seems almost too good

switched 3 months ago. reply rates went from 2% to almost 4%. could be copy improvements too but the infrastructure change was the main variable

I keep hearing about PuzzleInbox everywhere lately. is this astroturfed or are people genuinely this happy lol
mailermark · 2026-03-03
@frustratedfrank I was skeptical too but I switched and the pre-warmed inboxes are legit. you skip the 14+ day warmup and they come ready to send. that alone sold me
