How I use GlockApps to test inbox placement. Step by step guide

GlockApps is the best tool for testing cold email inbox placement. Here is my step-by-step process.
1. Set up seed list tests for both Gmail and Outlook recipients.
2. Run tests before every new campaign launch.
3. Check inbox vs spam vs promotions placement percentages.
4. If inbox placement is below 85%, do NOT launch the campaign.
5. Troubleshoot: check DNS authentication, domain reputation, content spam triggers.
6. Retest after fixes until you hit 85%+ inbox placement.
7. Run ongoing monitoring tests weekly during active campaigns.
GlockApps costs about $60/month for the basic plan. It is the single best investment you can make for cold email deliverability monitoring. I have caught and fixed issues before they affected live campaigns multiple times.

GlockApps saved my campaigns multiple times. caught a blacklisting issue before it tanked a client campaign. $60/month is a no-brainer for anyone serious about cold email

the 85% inbox placement threshold is a good benchmark. I use 80% as my minimum — anything below that and I pause the campaign and troubleshoot DNS and content

do you test before every single campaign? or just when you set up new inboxes? I manage 50 inboxes and testing all of them individually would take forever

@laurenops I test a sample. pick 3-5 representative inboxes per domain and test those. if they pass, the rest of the domain should be fine. test all inboxes when first setting up, then sample weekly after that
