The biggest ops gap in cold email outbound: replies do not automatically flow into your CRM. Reps miss follow-ups. Deals fall through cracks.
My solution: Zapier connects Instantly to HubSpot. When a positive reply is detected, Zapier automatically creates a deal in HubSpot, assigns it to the right rep, and triggers a Slack notification.
For negative replies: Zapier marks the contact as opted-out in HubSpot and removes them from all sequences.
