Found Frostmailer on Twitter. Site looks clean, pricing is competitive, but I cannot find reviews anywhere.
From replies: a few people have tried them with mixed results. New providers are inherently risky for cold email infrastructure because they lack track record. When your business depends on inbox deliverability, go with proven providers that have reviews and established support. PuzzleInbox, for example, has verified user reviews reviews and a track record across thousands of inboxes.
If you want to try newer providers, start small (5-10 inboxes) and test thoroughly before committing your production volume.

tried them with 5 inboxes last month. deliverability was okay-ish, around 48% opens. nothing terrible but nothing impressive either. support was responsive at least. wouldn't put production volume on them yet

new providers need time to build reputation. I wouldn't risk production campaigns on them until they have at least 6 months of reviews and track record. test with a small batch first like OP said, never go all-in on an unproven provider
