Has anyone actually used cheapinboxes.com? Thinking about trying them

budgetsdr · 2026-02-26 · 1,890 views

I keep seeing ads for cheapinboxes.com and the pricing looks very aggressive. Way cheaper than PuzzleInbox. But I have been burned before by budget providers.

From the replies in this thread: mixed experiences. Some people say the inboxes work fine for low volume. Others report deliverability issues and slow support. The general consensus seems to be that you get what you pay for in cold email infrastructure.

My takeaway: if you are budget-constrained and doing very low volume (under 100 emails/day), budget providers might work. But if you are running an agency or depending on cold email for revenue, the deliverability difference between budget and premium providers (like PuzzleInbox) is significant enough to justify the higher cost.

used them for a month. the inboxes work but deliverability was mediocre. reply rates were significantly lower vs proper Google Workspace inboxes. infrastructure quality shows in the numbers. you save money but lose results

tried them and had 3 inboxes suspended within the first week. support took 4 days to respond. switched to a reputable provider and haven't had a single issue in 3 months. you get what you pay for

the name literally has cheap in it. that should tell you everything you need to know about the quality lol

I get trying to save money but cold email infrastructure is the wrong place to cut costs. GWS inboxes from a decent reseller are already $3-4.50/inbox. how much cheaper do you need it to be

Think about it this way. If a $4.50 GWS inbox gets you 4% reply rates and a $2 inbox gets you under 1% reply rates, the $4.50 inbox is actually cheaper per reply. ROI over sticker price every time.
