1) Procurement is risk-averse. Lead with compliance evidence (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

2) Reference customers in similar verticals matter more than generic claims.

3) Pricing transparency early. Don't make procurement chase pricing.

4) Capability statement attached as PDF — procurement wants formal documentation.

5) Sales cycles long (6-18 months). Patient cadence required.

Reply rate: 1.5-2% (lower than SaaS but higher ACV). Long cycle but $50k+ ACV per win.
