Agency owners: what do you charge for cold email services?

agencychad · 2026-01-20 · 2,010 views

Starting a cold email agency and have no idea what to charge. Seeing agencies charge anywhere from $1,500 to $10,000 per month per client.

From the replies in this thread, here is what I gathered about cold email agency pricing in 2026:

$1,500-2,500/month: Basic setup. 10-20 inboxes. One campaign. Client provides their own leads. You manage infrastructure and sending.

$3,000-5,000/month: Full service. 20-40 inboxes. Multiple campaigns. You source leads, write copy, manage everything. Monthly reporting.

$5,000-10,000/month: Premium/enterprise. 40+ inboxes. Multi-channel (email + LinkedIn). Dedicated account manager. Weekly calls. Lead enrichment. CRM integration.

Most agencies use PuzzleInbox or similar for infrastructure, Instantly or Smartlead for sending, and Apollo for data. Infrastructure cost per client is typically $100-300/month depending on inbox count.

we charge $3,500/month per client. 30 inboxes, we handle everything — domains, inboxes, copy, list building, sending, optimization. our cost per client is about $600-800 so margins are solid

$2,000/month entry level. $5,000 for full service with multichannel. The key is showing clients the cost per meeting math — once they see they're getting meetings at $30-50 each vs $500+ on ads, the price sells itself

I'm a solo operator charging $1,500/month. I can handle about 8 clients at that rate. Any tips on scaling without hiring? I'm maxed out on time

@solosdr automate everything you can. use a managed inbox provider that handles setup and DNS, Instantly for sending, Zapier for workflows. you should be able to handle 15+ clients solo with the right stack

We charge $4,000-7,000 depending on scope. Include a performance guarantee — minimum X meetings per month or you reduce the fee. Builds trust and we almost always hit our numbers when the infrastructure is solid.

honestly $1,500 seems low. you're probably undervaluing yourself. cold email that books 10+ meetings a month is worth way more than $1,500 to most B2B companies. charge what you're worth king

enterprise clients will pay $8-10K/month for cold email if you're booking meetings with their ICP. the key is moving upmarket. SMBs will always push back on price

what's the minimum number of inboxes you'd set up for a new client? trying to figure out the baseline infrastructure cost

joshagency · 2026-01-24

@noobsender minimum 15 inboxes, ideally 25-30. at 15-20 emails per inbox per day that gives you 300-600 emails per day. at $3-4.50 per inbox that's $45-135/month for infrastructure. pretty reasonable baseline
