Five steps from "I need cold email inboxes" to live sending. The whole process takes 5 minutes of your time + 24–72 hours of provisioning.

1. Decide how many inboxes you need

Cold email volume scales with inbox count, not per-inbox send limits. Our recommended cap is 12 cold + 12 warmup per inbox per day on Google Workspace, and 3 cold + 3 warmup per inbox per day on Outlook 365. Domain ratios are 3 inboxes per domain on Google Workspace and up to 100 inboxes per domain on Outlook 365.

  • Solo founder testing: 10-15 Google inboxes
  • SDR team launching: 30-60 Google or 100-500 Outlook inboxes
  • Agency, 1 client: 30-80 inboxes per client
  • Agency at scale: 1,500-2,500 total inboxes

2. Choose Standard or Pre-Warmed

Both ship in 24–72 hours. Standard arrives raw — you run your own warm-up. Pre-Warmed has already been through a 14-day live warm-up on our side (held as ready-warmed inventory), so it can send cold day one. Price gap is ~1.5x for Google ($3 vs $4.50/inbox).

3. Order via the pricing page

Pick the tier (Google Standard, Google Warmed, Outlook Standard, Outlook Warmed) and quantity. Checkout via Stripe. Bulk orders of 150+ Google inboxes auto-apply a 15% lifetime discount.

4. Submit the onboarding form

After payment, Stripe auto-redirects you to the onboarding form. Tell us the inbox names you want, your sending tool (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) — and for Standard orders the domain you bought from GoDaddy, Hostinger, Cloudflare, or any other registrar. Pre-Warmed inboxes run on our own generic domains so no domain field is needed there. From there we do the full setup: DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), mailbox provisioning, and we add the inboxes into your sending tool. Make sure 2FA is disabled on the receiving account so the handoff isn't delayed. Submitting starts provisioning — refunds are only available before this point AND within 24 hours of payment.

5. Receive credentials and start sending

When provisioning is complete, you receive a CSV via WhatsApp or email with the auth credentials for each inbox. Every order — Standard or Pre-Warmed — arrives within 24–72 hours of the onboarding form. Make sure 2FA is disabled on the receiving account so the handoff isn't delayed. Import directly into Smartlead, Instantly, or your tool.
