Daniel runs the head-to-head comparison desk at Puzzle Inbox. His job is to put two products in front of the same prospect list, the same sending pace, and the same campaign for a week and report what actually happened — pricing, deliverability spread, support response, integration friction, and the small things that don't show up in feature matrices. He worked in sales operations at a series-C SaaS company before joining Puzzle Inbox and brings that operator perspective to every comparison.
