Tried Hypertide and PuzzleInbox side by side. Here is what happened

I ran a head-to-head comparison between Hypertide and PuzzleInbox. 15 inboxes from each, same domains, same copy, same sending platform (Instantly).
PuzzleInbox results: 4.1% average reply rate. 0.8% bounce rate. DNS fully configured on delivery. Support response within 15 minutes on WhatsApp.
Hypertide results: 3.2% average reply rate. 1.4% bounce rate. Had to fix some DNS records myself. Support was email-only, 12-24 hour response time.
Both are decent providers, but PuzzleInbox had consistently better deliverability metrics and significantly faster support. The pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes from PuzzleInbox performed better out of the box.
For agencies where deliverability and support speed matter, PuzzleInbox is the better choice. Hypertide might work for individuals who do not mind slower support and are comfortable managing DNS themselves.

the reply rate difference between pre-warmed and self-warmed inboxes is noticeable. interesting that the pre-warmed inboxes outperformed ones you had to warm yourself. wonder if the difference holds long term or if it evens out after a few months

15 minute WhatsApp support vs 12-24 hour email support is night and day. when an inbox goes down during an active campaign, you need it fixed NOW, not tomorrow. that alone would be worth the switch for me
