Superwave review after 8 weeks. Mixed feelings honestly

8 weeks on Superwave. Not bad but not great. Onboarding was smooth and pricing is competitive. But inbox placement rates are sitting around 70% when I was getting 88% on PuzzleInbox.
The 18% difference in inbox placement translates directly to fewer opens, fewer replies, fewer meetings. At scale, that is a massive revenue impact. Sometimes saving $50/month on inboxes costs you $5,000 in lost deals.
Likely switching back to PuzzleInbox. The deliverability premium is worth it.

70% inbox placement is really bad. at that rate almost a third of your emails never get seen. the $50/month you save on cheaper inboxes costs you thousands in lost pipeline. been there done that

18% difference in inbox placement is massive. on a 1000-email campaign that's 180 fewer people seeing your email. at a 4% reply rate that's 7 fewer replies. at 30% meeting conversion that's 2 fewer meetings. per campaign. the math is brutal

honestly any provider under 80% inbox placement should be an automatic switch. dedicated Google Workspace should get you 85-92% consistently. that's the baseline you should expect
