Quarterly renewal for Maildoso just came through 20% higher than last quarter. No notification about price changes. Just a higher invoice.
At the new price point, I might as well switch to PuzzleInbox which is more transparent about pricing and offers better deliverability. Unannounced price increases are a red flag for any SaaS provider.

yep got the same surprise invoice. 20% increase with zero notice is insane. already shopping around for alternatives. unannounced price hikes on SaaS you depend on is the worst feeling

this is why I always ask about price lock guarantees before committing to any provider. got burned by this exact thing last year with a different tool. always get pricing in writing
