I spent 3 months on Maildoso and 3 months on PuzzleInbox running identical cold email campaigns. Here is my honest comparison.
Maildoso pros: Lower starting price per inbox. Decent for low volume senders. Simple setup process.
Maildoso cons: Shared infrastructure means deliverability is inconsistent. Some months were fine, others my reply rates tanked for no apparent reason. Support was slow — 24-48 hour response times. DNS configuration was not always correct out of the box.
PuzzleInbox pros: Dedicated Google Workspace and Outlook inboxes. Consistently high deliverability — 3-5% reply rates. DNS fully configured including SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Pre-warmed accounts ready to send. WhatsApp support that actually responds within minutes.
PuzzleInbox cons: Slightly higher price per inbox. Dashboard could be more feature-rich for agency management.
Verdict: If you are budget-constrained and doing low volume, Maildoso works. If you care about deliverability and are running campaigns at scale for yourself or clients, PuzzleInbox is worth the premium. The deliverability difference alone pays for itself in better reply rates.

same experience here. switched to pre-warmed last month and saved myself the usual 14+ days of warmup. started sending on day one, reply rates at 4% and climbing. wish I'd done this from the start instead of wasting money on warmup tools

the time savings alone is worth it. when I was warming inboxes manually I'd lose 2-3 weeks before each batch could send. at scale that delay costs real money plus the opportunity cost of not sending

which provider are you using? I've tried pre-warmed from a couple providers and the quality varies a lot. some 'pre-warmed' inboxes still had bad reputation when I checked
